This nearly edged-on galaxy,typed SA(s)b,measures 7.5`x 1.05´ with an apparent magnitude of vis.12.6mag.Its real distance is about 110mio.light-years away.
Its inclination to the observer´s site allows us to trace some dustlanes and starformation-regions in its arms.
