IC1438 Galaxy + Group in Aquarius

Very seldom pictures of this IC1438-Galaxy-Group can be found in the literature..Situated in the constellation Aquarius,its brightest member is the Ring-Galaxy IC1438,with an apparent size of 2.4´x 2.1´arc-minutes and typed as a SAB (r) Hubble galaxy.

A 10"-inch telescope is needed to detect this 12mag.bright galaxy visually.

Another member of this group is the strongly disturbed irregular galaxy PGC68484 (=UGCA427) at the upper left of our picture.
