NGC7184 is a 11,2 mag bright galaxy in the constellation of Aquarius.It measures about 5,9′ × 1,3′ with a real distance of 114 million light years.It was dicovered by William Herschel in 1783.
The NGC 7184 Group, a group of 4 galaxies which also includes the smaller galaxies NGC 7180, NGC 7185 and NGC 7188.
NGC 7184 is probably not interacting with its nearby companion galaxies.
There was a supernova observed on 7-20-1984 (SN1984N Typ1)
